HOW IT WORKS

APPLY

  • Your application is sent to our committee for review

  • Our committee meets once per month to award subsidies

  • If the job and the rental check out then our committee will contact your landlord to pay a subsidy on your behalf.

​

  • We award between $250 - $500 per subsidy

  • ​Our objective is to lower your rent to 30% of your income based on HUD guidelines.

​

  • You are welcome to reapply every month.

DOUBLE UP

  • Your application is automatically sent to our partner organizations.

​

  • ​​You will be contacted if they can offer you additional assistance.
